Due to the health risks involved with radon gas, it is highly recommended that you know the level of radon gas in the living spaces of your home. The only way to determine this is with a Radon test. A monitor is placed in your home to sample the air for a 48 hour period to determine the level of radon gas emissions in your home.
I will inspect all of the visible and accessible components of the Radon mitigation system per InterNACHI Standards of Practice, including a 48 hour Radon test utilizing a continuous radon monitor to verify the effective operation of the system.
Private Drinking Water Well Inspection, Flow Rate and Water Quality analysis
I will inspect all of the visible and accessible components of the Well system per InterNACHI Standards of Practice, and will include a Flow Rate test and a Water Quality (Potability) test.
New Construction Inspection
There is no such thing as a defect free home, Even a brand new home will have defects, I will identify for you all those problems before you close on your new property. The report that will be provided will give documentation to the builder of all the problems you would like repaired.
Builders Warranty Inspection
If you purchased a new home within the past year you should have a builders warranty, An inspection will aid you in compiling a list of issues to give to your builder BEFORE your warranty expires to insure that you have legal grounds to get the builder to fix the issues after the warranty expires.
Wood Destroying Organism Inspection
I will inspect the visible and accessible areas of the structure for signs of Wood Destroying Organism intrusion.
