  • How do you keep your expertise up to date?                                                                  As a member of InterNACHI I am required to reach yearly educational goals and to  recertify every three years by passing the most current exam, I also continue to take  courses through InterNACHI that are relevant to the specific kinds of services that I  provide.
  • Do you focus on residential Inspection?                                                                      Yes I only do residential property inspection.
  • How long will the Inspection take? The typical Inspection will take approximately two  to three hour, however there are many variables that can add to this estimate such as  the age, size, and condition of the home, as well as time for any additional services  being provided during the Inspection.
  • Will I be able to attend the Inspection?                                                                        Yes Absolutely, As a Property Inspector it is  my duty to provide my clients with the  best Inspection report possible, by the client  being present at the Inspection I can  discuss every issue that is discovered during  the Inspection with the client and I can  give an in depth explanation of my findings at  that time and in the presence of the    issue, this is also a good opportunity for the client  to ask any questions and to get  information about any component or operation of any system in the home.
  • How much will the Inspection cost?                                                                              My Inspections start $285.00 for a condominium,  townhome, or new construction,  and $315.00 for a single family residence and go up  from there based on square  footage and additional services provided.
